Newest retail location becomes sixth in Miami-Dade County
July 14, 2022 – The newest Xfinity Store in Florida is now open to serve customers in Hialeah. Located at 1190 West 49th Street, the store offers customers an interactive experience, allowing them to see and try the latest Xfinity products and services, manage their accounts, exchange equipment, and more.
With its inviting and open environment, the new store provides customers with comfortable seating areas, displays to learn about Xfinity services, and a staff of Xfinity sales consultants eager to provide knowledge, expertise and support for Xfinity Internet, Xfinity X1, Xfinity Mobile, Xfinity Voice, and Xfinity Home. Other products, such as the latest mobile devices from Apple, Google, LG, Motorola and Samsung, as well as wireless accessories, are also available for purchase at the store.
Additionally, customers can visit the store to pay bills, inquire about account-related matters and return or pick up equipment. There is even the option to schedule appointments ahead of time for certain service requests, done by using the online Xfinity Store Locator to find the nearest store and selecting the “Book Appointment” button.
“We want our customers to feel welcome and appreciated, so we’ve designed the new Xfinity Store in Hialeah entirely around their needs,” said Javier Garcia, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Comcast in Florida. “People working from home can find out about our different Xfinity Internet services and speeds. Families that are looking to cut down expenses can learn about how Xfinity Mobile can save them money on monthly cell phone bills. Our employees are trained experts and can educate customers about features, demo products for them or help them set up their accounts.”
Assistance is also now available at the Hialeah location for eligible customers who want to sign up for Internet Essentials Plus, a service that includes 100 Mbps speed, a modem, access to millions of WiFi hotspots, and unlimited data for $29.95 per month. Then they can learn how to enroll in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) to help cover part or all of their monthly internet service bills. Any Xfinity customer who qualifies for the ACP can apply their $30 credit toward their monthly Internet and/or Xfinity Mobile bill.
The Hialeah Xfinity store is open seven days a week. Store hours are Monday-Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sunday from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. Due to COVID-19, Comcast has increased store appointment capacity to support social distancing needs and added the option for customers to check-in for appointments virtually from outside the store.
