Comcast Network Update Following Hurricane Nicole

Comcast is experiencing network outages in Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast due to the impact of Hurricane Nicole.

If your Xfinity services are not working right now, it is the result local of public power outages and/or damage to our network that serves your neighborhood. Our network teams are already deployed throughout the impacted areas.

We’ll work as quickly and safely as possible to restore your services, but please be aware we must wait for the power company to first restore power to your neighborhood and then give our network teams the safety clearance needed so we can repair any damages to our network infrastructure and equipment.

It’s possible that public power could be restored to your home or business or that you are using a power generator, but your services are still out. This is because the Comcast network that serves your neighborhood still does not have public power, which must also be restored before your services can work properly.

The most effective way to get outage updates for your area and information about your Xfinity service is to visit www.xfinity.com/outage or use the Xfinity app.

Comcast Business customers can visit https://business.comcast.com/myaccount or use the Comcast Business app.

For assistance, customers can chat online with an agent, visit Xfinity.com/response or connect with Comcast on Twitter at @xfinitysupport.
