Comcast has now restored service to virtually all of our customers in Southwest Florida.
There remain a very small number of pocket outages that are at the local neighborhood level and are being restored quickly.
For customers with damaged equipment and billing questions:
- Customers can call easily fill out a form online at com/florida to request to have services suspended or request a credit. They can also call 1-800-COMCAST.
