Comcast has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2021 honor by The Sun Sentinel. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection and more.
“During this very challenging time, Top Workplaces has proven to be a beacon of light for organizations, as well as a sign of resiliency and strong business performance,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward. Top Workplaces draw on real-time insights into what works best for their organization, so they can make informed decisions that have a positive impact on their people and their business.”
“At Comcast, we know our customers depend on us now more than ever to keep them connected. They rely on Xfinity’s high-speed internet when they’re on video meetings for work or taking virtual classes. And when it’s time to relax, they grab their X1 Voice Remotes to quickly find their favorite shows and movies,” said Amy Smith, Regional Senior Vice President for the Comcast Florida Region. “Behind Comcast’s amazing products and services, you find our even more exceptional employees that make it all happen every day. I am so proud to work with such a talented team.”
Comcast offers competitive pay and benefits, including insurance, free Xfinity television and internet services for employees in serviceable areas, 401K match, and an employee stock purchase program. Comcast ranked fourth on the 2021 FORTUNE “Best Big Companies to Work For” list and in April 2021 was included on the LinkedIn’s Top Companies list for the fourth time.
