As power is restored to homes and businesses, we expect many of our customers to regain connectivity as well. If power has returned to your home or business, please restart or reset your devices. For more information on network impacts, please visit Xfinity’s active outage map. In some cases, you may have electricity before our network is fully restored, which could delay the return of your services. We know how important connectivity is and our teams will continue to work to ensure all customers have their services restored as quickly as possible.

Winter Storm Enzo is bringing ice and snow along the Gulf and Southeast coasts stretching from Texas to Florida. The National Weather Service has issued winter storm warnings and advisories which include Panama City, Tallahassee and Jacksonville where snow, ice and wind could combine and make travel conditions hazardous.

Comcast is mobilizing crews throughout Florida to address any potential service disruptions caused by Winter Storm Enzo. Our response teams are closely monitoring weather updates, activating emergency protocols, and ensuring that our personnel and resources are prepared for swift and safe deployment. The safety of our customers and employees is our highest priority, and we are committed to keeping you connected.
