Miami Celebrates Culture and Connection at Calle Ocho Music Festival

The streets of Miami’s Little Havana burst with culture, energy and music at the world’s largest Latin music festival.  The iconic Calle Ocho Music Festival brought the community together this past weekend to celebrate the traditions that make Miami so special. Comcast deployed the company’s residential connectivity brands, Xfinity and NOW, to the heart of the party and ready with swag and special surprises.

Xfinity recently announced a new offer, specifically for South Floridians. The package is a great option for families and combines essential services – Xfinity Internet, Xfinity Mobile and NOW TV Latino – all into one. The offer is only available inside Xfinity stores in the Broward and Miami-Dade counties and at a special introductory price for a limited time.

Noraly Caldera is part of the local Xfinity team on the ground for the festival. She loved connecting with the community and answering questions about their connectivity needs. 

“Having the chance to interact with existing and potential new customers in such a happy and lively setting was my favorite part of the day,” Caldera said. “We had tons of amazing gifts for them. The response to our new offer was incredible. It’s a game changer. They were genuinely interested to learn how Xfinity is reaching out to the Latino community. To celebrate the day, Comcast brought beloved television personality Lourdes Stephan to the festivities. The Telemundo network star spent time meeting and snapping photos with fans, making the festival memorable.

Jackie Guerry Maybeck leads sales and marketing for Comcast’s Florida Region. She joined her team and Stephan in Little Havana for the festivities. She expressed the importance of showing up for customers at one of the year’s most anticipated events.
