Coral Springs Family Finds the Perfect Fit with Xfinity

In the heart of Northeast Coral Springs, Jessica and Joel Lerner have called their beautiful house home for over 30 years. They’ve built a life together and are proud members of the Broward County community. They raised their daughters there and can’t imagine life anywhere else. Jessica Lerner, who works in the healthcare industry, works remotely from home three days a week. For her, a reliable internet connection is essential. It’s vital for her career. “She’s constantly on video conferences, speaking with state leaders,” Joel said. “We need a stable connection, and it’s been that.”

Though their daughters, one in college and the other a nurse in Nashville, are often away, the family stays closely connected through technology. You can often find the loving parents on video calls with their children. “We’re on FaceTime probably five times a day,” Jessica said. “We love keeping in touch with them that way.”

Streaming is also a big part of their daily routine. Joel said, “I stream music, and we have all the video streaming services. I’m very, very happy with it,” Joel said. He is also a fan of Xfinity’s app, which helps keep customers informed, whether they are near an Xfinity WiFi hotspot or there has been a service interruption. “What I really love is the communication through the app, “he said. “Xfinity notifies me when I’m near a hotspot or if the service is down and when it’ll be back up.”

A Personal Connection

When reflecting on his Xfinity experience, Joel Lerner also revealed his personal connection to the brand. “My mother, who passed away two years ago, always had Xfinity in Boynton Beach. I love gadgets and stuff like that — so I used to play with the Xfinity TV at her house all the time. It was stable, easy to use, and smooth,” Joel said. “If my mom, who was in her 80s, had no issue with it, that speaks volumes about the service. I’m so glad to be part of the Xfinity family.”
